Usage There are two ways to use these layer styles. You can open the sample PSD and copy the layer styles to another file, or you can load the layer styles into the styles palette. Below are instructions for using each method. Method 1: 1. Open the sample PSD file in Photoshop. 2. In the layers palette, right click the layer with the style you want to use and click "Copy Layer Style". 3. In a new file, right click the layer you want to apply the style to and click "Paste Layer Style". 4. You can also resize the layer effects by right clicking on the effects list for that particular layer in the layers palette and clicking "Scale Effects". This allows you to scale the layer style to fit smaller or larger text. Method 2: 1. Unzip and save the ASL file to a folder on your computer. 2. If the styles palette is not visible, click Window>Styles to show the styles palette. 3. Click the dropdown menu arrow in the top right corner of the styles palette and click "Load Styles". 4. Navigate to the folder where you unzipped the ASL file and double click on the ASL file. 5. The styles will load in the styles palette in addition to the currently loaded styles. 6. To load only the new styles, click "Replace Styles" instead of "Load Styles". This clears the styles palette before loading the new styles. It does not delete any saved styles, however, if you have not saved your custom styles before replacing them, they will be lost. 7. Click on the layer you want to apply the style to and then click on the layer style icon in the styles palette to load that style. Fonts Used 1. Gotham Black
