Consistent buttons

All colored buttons have the same layer style throughout the whole design. So you can simply copy and paste the button backgrounds layer style to another button to change the color.

Editing shapes for maximum quality

If you need to edit the dimensions of the shapes in the file, create a guide and use the Direct Selection Tool Direct Selection thumbnail to select the points and then drag them to the guide, making a pixel-perfect edge.
