Most of my elements and papers have been created by Feli Designs and should be credited as such. 
If I use any product or element from another designer who wishes to be credited, 
they are always mentioned with a special thanks.

These elements were created at 300 dpi to insure a good printing quality.

YOU MAY:
1. YOU MAY alter these graphics and use them in your personal scrapbooking, layouts and 
frame making.
2. YOU MAY copy and modify my products for your own personal use only
(recolor, resize, and otherwise change these graphics for your own personal layouts).
3. YOU MAY use portions of my kits in your layouts that will be submitted to digital scrapbooking sites
online or submitted to Scrapbooking and/or related magazines for publication, as long as you give me
proper credit as the designer of these products.
4. YOU MAY use my products for Scrap4Hire projects as long as you credit me properly and you don't sell
your creations on a large scale (more than 100 copies of the same project). This means you may create layouts
or other craft items for individual clients to be delivered to the client in printed or flattened .jpg form.

YOU MAY NOT:
1. YOU MAY NOT resell or redistribute these graphics in any way, not even to your friends and family. Please
send them the link to my store if they are interested in the products.
2. YOU MAY NOT offer them in any other graphics collection, on another website without links 
on original image and author.
3. YOU MAY NOT offer any of my graphics images on any webpage for download.
4. YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, patterns, styles and redistribute them 
in any way.
5. YOU MAY NOT add these graphics to any CD for sale nor use my designs to create Quick Pages for sale.
6. YOU MAY NOT claim as yours.
7. YOU MAY NOT use these files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is 
prohibited by law.
8.NO FREEBIES ALLOWED WITH THESE ELEMENTS
  (You may not use my products to make freebies, however this does not include flattened Quick Pages).

The material is granted to you "AS IS" with no guarantees.
