Included are 4 color variation backgrounds, a
layered PSD file for full editability and the
original lightning and flare PNG files for you.

When you drop the PNG files onto your work, try
setting the blend mode to "Linear Dodge (add)"
for a nice blending result.

I have set up several master layers to affect the 
overall color of the design.

There are lots of layers to experiment with to
create new looks.
