1. Items may not be redistributed. This includes websites, cd/dvd, and printed copies. This license grants the user the right to copy, modify, and use the items in their own personal or non-profit work.

2. Graphical items (all products excluding fonts, brushes, and photoshop filters) MAY NOT be used for web sites graphics, templates, etc. Also, these product may not be used to create digital art products for use by others (word art, paper, embellishments, clip art, etc.).

3. Graphical items (all products excluding fonts, brushes, templates, and photoshop filters) MAY NOT be used for commercial projects under this license. If you plan to make money off of these things you must contact webmaster@atomiccupcake.com first. Commercial licenses are on a case by case basis; trade may be considered. Please detail the usage in your email. 

4. Fonts, brushes, and photoshop filters may be used and installed on up to 3 computers. Additional computers require an additional license per 3 computers. 

5. Fonts, brushes, templates, and photoshop filters MAY be used in commercial products without an additional license with the exception of alphabet products and crafting items, as detailed below.
	a. Fonts may not be used to create alphabet products, such as derivitive fonts,
	rubber alphabet stamps, or digital alphabets for crafting.

6. You MAY submit layouts created using our products to crafting magazines, crafting & scrapbooking galleries on the internet, and contests, as long as you include a credit to atomiccupcake.com for the elements used.

7. You MAY now use actions/filters for ANY commercial use. If it is a downloadable product for scrapbooking please include a credit in your readme file, and a mention in your item's description (ie: "Special thanks to Atomic Cupcake.") A link back is highly appreciated, but not required.
