First you check this before you play this ACTION  

 > Image in RGB mode .

 > Image in 8bit color mode .       

 
How to use this action:
-----------------------

 > Open  your image in photoshop. 

 > Check the layer name is " Background " with "Lock" .

 > Create a new layer above the " background " layer with the name " select " .

 > Select the layer "SELECT" and  brush the area you want to make the action .
 
 > Select the " PIXSCAT " action in the Action pannel and click " PLAY " .

 > Within few sec you get the output .
