To change the position of the splatters (splatter_top, splatter_down, splatter_40 and splatter_75) 
use the move tool ( hotkey: V). 
You can rotate the splatters using the rotate tool ( hot key: Ctrl+T), 
also you can turn off layers not needed to composition on the layers palette or 
you can change them using tools the Brush and Eraser. 
Edit the splatters and continue the action.
*If your composition doesn't need the splatters, turn off the Group Splatters 
 in the layers palette and continue the action.

To restore transparent areas of the picture  use the mask of layer "Reveal photo".
"Painting Fx - Basic" layer  allows to reveal black outlines and small details of picture. 
You  can use mask of this layer to make outlines and details as you wish. 
Group Outlines makes white edges on picture. 
Use mask of Group Outlines to delete white edges on areas of the picture. 
Use adjusment layer Background Color to change the color of background . 
Change opasity of layer "Original Color" to bring original colors. 
To change color of entire picture use adjusment layer Color LookUp.
