In the Project Panel you will find all the layers:

1.When you open one of the psd files you will see many layers.

2.To change the smart object find the layer called "Your work" or "Your work" it's smart object.Then place your work and save.

3. You can play with the settings the way you prefer!

4. Watch the tutorial.
