This action has been tested and works on Photoshop (English version) CS3, CS4, CS5, CS6, CC.

PLEASE CHECK

1. your photo in RGB color mode

2. Your photo in 8bit color mode

3. You run an English version of Photoshop.

4. If you encounter an error, try restarting your Photoshop preferences. To do this,
hold down the Alt, Ctrl, and Shift (Mac: Command, Option, Shift) while starting up Photoshop.
A dialog box will appear asking if you want to delete the preference files / settings.

5. Please avoid using images of small resolution. For best results, use photo
2800px - 3000px height / width. And To maximize the effect,
use photos that have enough space between the head and the upper frame.

HOW TO INSTALL ACTION
========================================================================================================

1. In Photoshop, go to the menu 'Window' and select 'Actions'. A window
now would appear to the right side.

2. In the Actions window, click the icon in the top right corner to reveal
drop down menu. From here select 'Load Actions ...'. Select action
comes with the download.

3. The action will now appear in the action bar.

HOW TO USE ACTION
========================================================================================================

1. Open the photo to work with

2. Leave the photo layer is locked and designated as the 'Background'. To organize your photos
as Background, select your photo layer and go to the 'layer' -> 'New'
-> 'Layer from Background ..'

3. Create a new layer above the background layer called 'brush'. MUST be all lowercase.

4. With the 'brush' layer selected, brush from hair to face to apply the effect.

5. Now click the play button found on the bottom panel of action.
