 1. Open Actions Panel (F9 / Window 麿 Actions);
 2. Open your picture (best sizes are 2000 - 4500 px, 72 px/inch);
 3. Create new layer, name it "object" (all lowercase);
 4. Paint your object on created layer;
 5. Play the action "Main frost", wait few minutes, until action ends;
 5.1. If you need to add ice effect in some areas, brush this areas
      on layer "add", that was created automatically.
 5.2. Play "Additional frost" action.
 6. Change opacity of different layers (if you need), to adjust it
    brightness.
