This issue appears for older AMD processors that cannot use newer features of Intel libraries.

This issue can launch a window with KMP_AFFINITY warning or in the worst case it can invoke the application crash. You can use DeblurMyImage v2.0 fix the problem yourself. You need to set system variable KMP_AFFINITY to disabled on your computer.

    You can do it yourself. Select Computer>Control Panel>System>System Variables
    You can use a simple application KMP_Off. Unpack it to some folder and launch KMP_OFF.exe that will set the variable itself.
