Baseline Fonts Non-Commercial License

Dusty Circus LTD and Sketchwriter are for non-commercial use ONLY. Any other use requires a commercial license for either font/typeface.

A service bureau license is not required for output of your work, provided the service bureau does not archive the font after your project is complete. 

Embedded type must be subset and encrypted in a method to protect it from import and editing. Please contact Baseline Fonts if you have questions on embedding fonts, and check our website for FAQs about embedding type. 

You are not authorized to sublicense, sell, lend or lease the font software. Reverse-engineering (decompilation)is also not allowed. If additional characters or weights are required for a particular application, please contact Basline Font Foundry www.baselinefonts.com for assistance.

BASELINE FONTS DOES NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE AND RESULT YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE FONT SOFTWARE AND ACCEPT NO LIABILITY THERETO. Limitation of Liability. 

IN NO EVENT WILL BASELINE FONT FOUNDRY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOST SAVINGS. 

General. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
