Upload files from your Adobe Muse website.


Welcome to the File Uploader widget by Muse For You.

Muse For You - File Uploader Widget - Adobe Muse CC

File Uploader Height (px) - Set the height of the File Uploader area.

File Size (mb) - Set the max file size a user can upload for each file. Measurement is in megabytes.

Max Files - Set the max number of files a user can upload per session.

Accepted Files - Enter in the files you want to accept for upload. Here you enter in the file name extension.

File Uploader Text - Enter in the text you would like to go in the File Uploader area before the user drops or select their file.

Text Margin from Top (px) - Set the margin of the text from to top of the File Uploader area. Measurement is in pixels.

Text Line Height (px) - Set the line-height of the text in the File Uploader area. Measurement is in pixels.

Background Color - Set the background color for the File Uploader area.

Border Opacity - Set the border opacity for the File Uploader area.

Bordery Type - Set the border type for the File Uploader area.

Border Radius (%) - Set the border radius for the File Uploader area. Measurement is in percentage.

Border Width (px) - Set the border width for the File Uploader area. Measurement is in pixels.

Font Color - Set the font color for the text inside the File Uploader area.

Font Size - Set the font size for the text inside the File Uploader area.

Font-Family - Select any typekit font for the font inside the File Uploader area. Erase to use a Google font.

Select a Goggle Font - Select from over 700 Google fonts for the text inside the File Uploader area.

Allow Remove/Cancel Upload - Allow the user to remove or cancel the upload as the file is uploading.

To allow all image types to be accepted enter in the "Accepted Files," area:

image/*

To allow all video types to be accepted enter in the "Accepted Files," area:

video/*

To allow all audio types to be accepted enter in the "Accepted Files," area:

audio/*

To allow multiple file types to be accepted enter in the file name extension followed by a comma.  Example:

.jpg, .png, .pdf, .svg

Another Example:

image/*, .mp4, .wav

 

Installation Instructions:

1. Double click on .mulib file to install.

2. Go to your library panel and find the file uploader widget.

3. Drag and drop the widget onto your adobe muse website.

4. Style the widget with the widget options.

5. Publish website - make it go live.

6. Open your ftp client (i.e. filezilla) and log-in to your ftp server.

7. Find the directory where the page that has the file uploader is located.

8. Drag and drop the “upload.php” file into that same directory.

9. Create a folder called “uploads” in that same directory.

10. Done.

Any files a user adds to the file uploader will show up in the uploads folder you have created through your ftp client.

Note: for accepted files separate file extensions with a comma.
